Our lead technician's background covers residential and commercial inspections, pest identification, treatment, monitoring, prevention, and customer education — around three years of hands-on work, including with established pest control companies before Nexus.

Species identification, entry points, and the conditions letting them in. Most failed treatments fail here rather than at the application — the wrong product in the right place does nothing.
Step 2: Plan
You get the method and the full price before anything is applied. No trip fees, no upsell at the door. If the honest answer is that you do not need treatment, we will tell you that instead.
Step 3: Treat
Health Canada registered products at the minimum effective dose, applied where the population actually lives — voids, harbourage and entry points. You get clear re-entry timings before we leave.
Step 4: Follow up
Exclusion work to close the entry points, then a verification visit. This is the step that turns a treatment into a fix, and the one most often skipped by whoever quoted you cheaper.
