What this programme covers
A warehouse is a hard building to seal — loading doors stand open, the envelope is long, and racking creates undisturbed harbourage at height. So control here is perimeter-led. The aim is to intercept rodents at the boundary rather than chase them through a hundred thousand square feet of racking.

External bait station and monitor line around the building, plus assessment of dock doors, levellers, utility penetrations and roof access.

Mapped station network
Numbered, mapped stations internally and externally, checked and recorded on every visit. The map is what makes an audit straightforward.

Scheduled servicing
Regular visits at agreed intervals with each station checked, recorded and re-baited or reset as needed.

Trend reporting
Activity tracked per station over time, so pressure at a specific dock door shows up as a pattern rather than an anecdote.
