When we attend your property to perform services, we collect information necessary to schedule and carry out the work, including the service address, access instructions, and any conditions you disclose that affect safe treatment.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, government identification numbers, or health information through this website's contact forms.

Our web host records standard technical information such as IP address and request time as part of normal server operation and abuse prevention. We use the IP address associated with a form submission solely to limit automated and repeated submissions.

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, schedule and perform services, invoice you, and maintain the service records required for our own compliance and for any applicable inspection or audit.

We may contact you about an existing or recent job, including follow-up visits and treatment guidance. We do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of an inquiry alone.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as described in section 3 or as required by law.

We use third-party providers to operate this website and deliver email. Website hosting is provided by Vercel Inc., and transactional email delivery by Resend. These providers process your information only to provide those services to us.

Some of these providers operate infrastructure outside Canada, including in the United States. Where information is processed outside Canada it may be accessible to foreign courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities under the laws of that jurisdiction.

For commercial clients, service records may be shared with your nominated representatives, or with a public health inspector or third-party auditor at your request or where required by law.

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not track you across other websites.

If we introduce analytics or similar technology in future, this policy will be updated before that technology is deployed, and any consent required by law will be obtained.

Where you become a customer, we keep service and invoicing records for as long as necessary to provide services, honour any guarantee period, respond to disputes, and meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. These records are generally retained for six years.

Where an inquiry does not lead to a booking, we delete the information you sent us within 30 days. We do not keep it for future marketing and we do not add you to any list.

Our email provider retains a copy of messages sent through the website for up to 30 days as part of its normal delivery logging, after which it is removed automatically. This is outside our control and applies whether or not you become a customer.

This website is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are transmitted securely. We limit access to personal information to those who need it to perform or invoice the work.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and we ask that you do not send sensitive information such as payment details through the website.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete information we are not required to retain. Contact us using the details in section 9 and we will respond within the time required by law.

You may withdraw consent to further contact at any time, subject to legal and contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide a service you have requested.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal information, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

This website is intended for adults arranging services for a property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
