Restaurant & Food Service Pest Control

Documented, discreet programmes built to survive a public health inspection.

Open every day, including weekends and holidays

What this programme covers

In food service the pest problem and the inspection problem are the same problem. A programme has to control pests and produce the paperwork that proves it, because a health inspector wants a service history, not reassurance. We schedule around your service hours, work discreetly, and leave a documented record after every visit.

When to call us in

  • Any droppings or gnaw damage in dry storage, prep or waste areas
  • Fruit flies or drain flies persisting after deep cleaning
  • Cockroach activity behind line equipment, dish pits or under prep counters
  • Evidence recorded on a previous public health inspection report
  • Pest activity noticed by staff during opening or closing checks

Our method

How we treat restaurants & food service

The same sequence every time, so you know what you are paying for before we start.

  • 01

    Site survey and risk mapping

We walk the full site — delivery, dry store, walk-ins, prep, line, dish, waste and exterior — and identify the conditions creating risk rather than only the current activity.

  • 02

    Monitoring programme

Monitors placed at defined, mapped points so activity is measured over time. Trend data is what tells you a problem is starting, before customers do.

  • 03

    Scheduled service visits

Visits at agreed intervals, timed around service. Treatment methods are chosen for food-handling environments.

  • 04

    Documentation after every visit

A written service record covering findings, action taken, product used and recommendations. This is the file you hand an inspector.

When this peaks in Ontario

Fly pressure peaks from June through September, particularly around patio service and exterior waste storage. Rodent pressure rises from late September as outdoor food sources disappear. Both align with the seasons when patio and holiday trade matter most.

Guarantees that match the job

Most treatments carry a re-treatment guarantee: if the pest returns inside the agreed window, we come back at no extra charge. The length depends on the pest and the plan, so we agree it with you up front rather than printing one number that cannot be true for every job.

Your guarantee period is confirmed in writing on your quote before you agree to anything — so you know exactly what is covered before we start.
